Tickets can be purchased at the cinema box office and online on the festival’s website.

To start the online ticket purchasing process, go to the specific page for the film you want to see and click on the button indicating the desired time.

Is it possible to purchase the BFFB 39 Festival Pass online?

Yes. After registering on the online ticket shop website (18tickets), click on the ‘Il mio account’ button and then on ‘Acquista abbonamenti’. You will receive your subscription (BFFB 39 Festival Pass) online by e-mail.

It is also possible to give the purchased subscription as a gift by clicking on ‘Regala questo abbonamento’.

Is it possible to purchase tickets online with the BFFB 39 Festival Pass purchased at the box office?

Yes. After registering on the online ticket shop website (18tickets), click on the ‘Il mio account’ button and then on ‘Acquista abbonamenti’. Go to the ‘Associa Abbonamento’ section and enter the PIN and PRG number found on your purchase receipt in the appropriate fields. Click on ‘Associa Abbonamento’. Your subscription (BFFB 39 Festival Pass) is now linked to your profile and can be used to purchase tickets online*.

How can I purchase tickets online with my BFFB 39 Festival Pass?

Click on the film title and then on the desired screening to start purchasing tickets. Add the tickets to your shopping basket and click on ‘Abbonamenti’. Select ‘Usa Abbonamento’. You will receive your electronic tickets by email and can also export them as a PDF file.

Online ticket purchases are only available for FILMCLUB Capitol Bolzano.
