Iona (Tilda Swinton) returns to her childhood archipelago, where the islands shape a spirit that blends intimacy, history, fiction, and documentary. The film reflects on post- colonialism with quiet depth.

Cynthia Beatt - 1949 JM

She lived most of her youth in Jamaica and the Fiji Islands. Studied art in Britain and traveled for a year in the Middle East, Iran, Afghanistan, and India before moving to Berlin. Worked with the Arsenal curating retrospectives and the International Forum.
