Alexandre Koberidze - 1984 GE
Alexandre Koberidze, born in Tbilisi, Georgia, studied directing at the German Film & TV Academy Berlin (DFFB). He made several short films and the feature Let Summer Never Come Again, which won numerous international awards including the Grand Prix at FID Marseille. His graduation film, What Do We See When We Look at the Sky? (2021), premiered in the Berlinale Competition, won the FIPRESCI Prize, and was screened and honored at numerous festivals worldwide. Dry Leaf is his third fiction feature. Koberidze also writes texts on cinema for various publications.
