Carlos Cazurro Carlos Cazurro (Valladolid, Spain, 06/18/1975). He graduated in journalism and is a professional photographer. For years he has devoted himself to photographically documenting festivals and traditions throughout the Spanish territory, which has earned him various international awards, including three National Geographic Photography Awards (2008 and 2011). His exploration of photographic narrative techniques has led him to give talks and workshops in Spain and South America and, finally, to make the leap to audiovisual works with his first documentary short film “The sky is above us” (2018). He also directed the short film “Isosceles, the last ladderer” (2019). “Carraco” is his first feature-length film as a director.
