In 1904, Ësáasi Eweera, the last native Bubi leader who opposed the Spanish rule at the current island of Bioko, Equatorial Guinea, was detained by colonial guards and died three days later. By reenacting written texts through voiceovers, taping and studying native oral accounts and identifying historically charged sites, “Anunciaron Tormenta” reflects on the gaps, silences, contradictions and falsehoods that colonial history is usually built upon.

L. ha 15 anni, è un’adolescente, ha i capelli biondi ed è rom. Insieme a lei le registe volevano girare un corto sul tema sogno e magia. Il rapporto artistico si è trasformato in relazione di reciprocità, in tempo condiviso, in esperienza di vita, in evasione dal reale.

L. ist 15 Jahre alt, hat blondes Haar und ist eine Romni. Der ursprünglich geplante Kurzfilm über Traum und Magie wurde zu einem Film des gegenseitigen Kennenlernens, des Ausbrechens aus der Wirklichkeit.

“La Distanza” è il risultato di una ricerca etnografica svolta nel 2020. Una famiglia tesse la sua rete nella bassa Padana. Sono pastori nomadi da generazioni e si muovono continuamente in un ambiente completamente antropizzato, nascosti alla vista.

“La Distanza” ist das Ergebnis einer ethnografischen Untersuchung. Eine Familie in der Poebene, seit Generationen nomadische Hirten, bewegt sich in einer künstlich geschaffenen Umgebung.

An Island, a poem, a dream. Disappearance and reappearance of a whistled language, the Silbo. But is there such a thing as a language of birds? How can such an elaborate set of sounds – whether vocalized by birds or dedicated human bird-whistlers – not be language? “Silabario” recounts the history and transmission of this miraculous patrimony from the island of La Gomera.

L'alpe di Fanes, Gran Fanes e Fanes Piccolo, da secoli, nella stagione estiva, ospita bovini, cavalli e capre provenienti dai comuni badiotti di Marebbe, La Valle e Badia. Nel Fanes, gli ospiti quadrupedi, soggiornano dalla fine di giugno alle ultime settimane di settembre; ma l'andata e il ritorno non sono per niente percorsi facili.

Die Fanesalm, Klein- und Großfanes, beherbergt im Sommer seit Jahrhunderten Rinder, Pferde und Ziegen aus den gadertaler Gemeinden von Enneberg, Wengen und Abtei. Die Vierbeiner verweilen in Fanes von Ende Juni bis Ende September: Hin- und Rückweg sind kein leichter Spaziergang.
